DO NOT BE AFRAID ships Australia only; however, shipping costs and timeframes may vary depending on your location.
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
Australian Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate, delivered in 3-8 business days
Australian Express Shipping: $15 flat rate, delivered in 2-4 business days
TIMING
Orders are processed Monday to Friday and shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is emailed on the day your order is dispatched.
Please note: During peak periods (sales or public holidays), same-day dispatch may not be available due to high order volumes.
Pre-Order Items
Items marked as "Pre-Order" are available for purchase ahead of their arrival. Pre-order items are dispatched separately from in-stock items and may arrive in a separate delivery.
Estimated dispatch for pre-order items is 3–4 weeks from the date of your order. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

STOLEN OR DAMAGED PARCELS
Customers are responsible for providing a safe and secure delivery address. DO NOT BE AFRAID is not responsible for stolen or missing parcels once delivered to the nominated address.
DO NOT BE AFRAID is also not liable for any damage sustained after successful delivery.
If your package arrives damaged or opened, please take photos before checking the contents. Submit a claim through the courier used for delivery, and contact our Customer Care team at info@donotbeafraid.com
