RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns of full-priced items within 10 business days of receiving your order.
Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags attached and in original packaging. Items showing wear, marks, makeup, perfume, hairs, or damage cannot be returned.
Please note: Sale items, final sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Contact us at info@donotbeafraid.com.au to start a return. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse.
If your return is accepted, we will provide our warehouse address and instructions.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Items damaged after delivery or showing signs of wear are not considered faulty.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following cannot be returned:
• Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
• Custom or personalised items
• Personal care items
• Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
• Sale or final-sale items
• Gift cards

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or item, return your original item and place a new order if it is in stock.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
EU 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
For orders shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must still meet the return conditions above (unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging).
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Banks or card providers may take additional time to post the refund.
